The center cross over shows the laced wheel that already has the hub in it with the parts that hold the brake disc and the chain sprocket on it. it also shows the axle and all the other parts that hols the laced wheel in the swing arm. The bottom left hand corner holds the numbered part list. Why can’t cast wheel hubs get removed?

Right outer spacer (long), under that is 6. Bearing (2), under that is 7. Spacer, under that is 8. Hub, under that is 9. Screw (5), under that is 10. Lock washer (5). Then the list moves over to the right column and starts at the top with 11. lock-nut (5), under that is 12. Brake disc, under that is 13. Bolt (5), under that is 14. lock washer (5) under that is 15. Lock-nut (5), under that is 16. Sprocket, under that is 17. Axle, under that is 18. Washer, under that is 19. Lock washer, under that is 20. Nut. Why doesn’t all the nuts and washers have specific names like chain sprocket nut?

In this figure at the upper right hand end is a 1, retaining ring, next is a 2, washer, next is a 4, left spacer (short), next is a 3, oil seal, next is a 6, bearing, next is a 8, hub, next is a 7, spacer, next is another 6, bearing, next is another 3, oil seal, next is a 5, right outer spacer (long), next in another 2, washer, and it ends with the last 1, retaining ring. Why can’t all the spacers be the same size?

The upper left hand side starts with a 20, axle nut, next is a 19, lock washer, next is a 18, washer, next is a 9, brake disc screw, next is a 12, brake disc, next is a 10, lock washer, next is a 11, lock nut, next is the laced wheel. Then one can see a line running through it where the axle goes. Over the line is a 15, lock nut, next to the right is a 14, lock washer, next is the 16, sprocket, next is a 13, bolt, next is the 17, axle. Why can’t the brake disc and the chain sprocket bolt together?
