Insight into Toya’s thoughts have only recently come to light while under treatment.  She worries about failing out of college.  She has regrets about her emotional outbursts towards her friends and the psychiatric staff members. She seems to harbor general thoughts of mistrust towards those who surround her. None of these cognitions are healthy, but none of them are abnormal enough for me to consider them to be severe. I believe that in this dimension Toya can be categorized as moderate.
