The only rival for the Megane RS on the Romanian market is the Volkswagen Scirocco R (265 hp), but competitors could enter the category and Volkswagen Golf GTI (211 hp) and Volkswagen Golf R (271 hp). Ford also offers an alternative theory, the Focus ST (225 hp) and Focus RS (305 bhp), but these cars are at the end of his career and the new Focus is not (at least for now) and three-door variants. About the same situation is found at Opel, which has depleted the supply of engines for the GTC, as the market awaited next-generation car. In other words, all market conditions are favorable Scirocco’s Megane RS & R.

Conclusions

Megane RS has a starting price of 23,600 euros in Romania, including VAT, is unbeatable in its segment in terms of price and benefits. Because it has several optional expensive test car cost about 30,000 euros.

Even so the price is fair for technology and performance, but the Megane RS would be fully deserved praise and money if he had some better brakes and an interior that inspires more quality.
