Renault is planning to launch the facelift model of its famous Renault Duster. Renault Duster was launched in the year 2012 and from the time it is among leading cars in this section. But the newly released Maruti S-Cross and Hyundai Creta of this segment have increased the competition.
So, Renault is getting ready for tough competition in car industry with the facelift version of Renault Duster. The car is expected to get a new cosmetic look with changes in both interior and exterior. It has been seen with new LED tail lamps, changes to front and rear bumper, and it also new front grill.
Renault is working with high efforts to make its Renault Duster facelift because the French company is very serious about Indian market.
The facelift Duster will be triggered by the same 1.5 litre dCi diesel engine and 1.6 litre petrol unit. The diesel engine will churn out power of 108 BHP, while the petrol variant will produce a power of 110 BHP. The facelift Duster will likely to come with standard five-speed manual transmission, while the petrol variant may have chances to get a six-speed Dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The French Company till not made any announcement regarding increase in the Renault Duster facelift prices, but if company hikes the prices it have only chances to increase between 10000 to 25000.
