DETROIT – American car manufacturer, Ford Explorer Sport announced EcoBoost models will go on sale in September. SUV passenger capacity of seven people has a high market share in the U.S. and Europe.

Ford’s latest EcoBoost Explorer Sport is much more efficient because the car is already carrying the EcoBoost technology. Although carried a 3.5-loter V6 with 365 horsepower total out and mated with six-speed automatic transmission, fuel consumption is still economical.

This car only needs 14.7 liters for a distance of 100 km penetrate the use in the city. While out of town could use reached 10.7 liters for 100 km.

Ford Explorer gets four colors, including Ruby Red Metallic clearcoat, White Platinum Metallic Tri-Coat, Tuxedo Black Metallic and Ingot Silver Metallic.

Meanwhile, although the price has not been announced officially, Explorer Sport 2013 is expected to priced at Rp386 million USD40.720 or equivalent.
