The Lamborghini Aventador is a two-door, two-seater sports car from Lamborghini which was unveiled at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show. TheAventador is a replacement of the ten-year-old Murciélago.
The Aventador LP700-4 is mated with a 6.5 liter V12 engine which unleashes uncensored power of 700bhp at 8250rpm. The bull is capable of reaching 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds and can cruise at a top speed of around 350 km/h making the Aventador stand among the fastest street-legal cars in the world.
The Aventador name was chosen for its symbolic connection to fighting bulls, sharing a name with the legendary Aventador, a trophy-winning bull in the world of Spanish bullfighting.
