Where to Look for Cheap Cars?

Great places to look for finding cheap used cars.

First off let me say that cheap used cars are usually the ones with the most problems. Of course any used car you purchase will most likely have a problem or two. These places helped me purchase my first used cars. The car was great besides the high mileage but it delivered pretty well. The previous owners really took care of her (car=her) lol.

Craigslist, the classified ad website that covers many destinations around the world can be home to some very interesting deals on used vehicles. Unlike other places, these cars are sold by the owner; no dealer in sight. You have to be careful not to believe everything you read because these advertisements can be based on lies. I feel it shouldn’t be hard to find a cheap, decent car. A little thing I noticed about Craigslist is most likely any car under $800 doesn’t run at all.

Run a search for a local auto auction and research all results you come up with to make sure the websites are legitimate. Once you find a legitimate website, begin searching for cars within your salary. If you can’t find a good enough car for a low price at the auction then I don’t know what else to do for you.

Read the newspaper. People use the newspaper to get rid of personal property they no longer want or need. You’re sure to find a car for a very low price within the classifieds section of it. You may find a car dealership selling cars for a great price. It all comes in the newspapers.
