• Voltage not kill: more you have voltage more the electricity can go far in the material. Wat kill is the Amperage, if you have 100 000 volts but 0.001 Am that will not kill, the electricity will go trough you but not transport a lot of energy for kill you,
• if you have 10 volts and 100 000 Am, that will not kill you because that have like 100 000 times the energy to kill you but not have the capacity to go trough you. 100 Volts and 5 Am will kill you.
